1Introduction

Welcome to TummyTrust ("we", "our", or "us").

By using the TummyTrust website, mobile app, or any related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2Our Service

TummyTrust connects users who want to buy food and groceries in bulk through crowdfunding rooms and partnership orders.

We act as a coordinating platform between buyers and verified suppliers.

We do not produce or manufacture food items — we facilitate safe, verified, and cost-saving purchases.

3User Responsibilities

By using TummyTrust, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration.
  • Use your account personally (no sharing or multiple accounts).
  • Not misuse the platform for fraud or illegal activity.
  • Respect payment timelines and delivery arrangements.

4Crowdfunding Rooms & Orders

Each crowdfunding room is created for a specific items (e.g., 50kg bag of rice, milk, seasoning etc).

Users can buy a slot or multiple slots to complete a full purchase.

Once a room is completed:

  • TummyTrust buys the item at wholesale price.
  • Items are distributed based on each user's contribution.

If a room doesn't fill up in time, you may:

  • Room might be extended or
  • Move to the next available room for the same item.

5Payments & Fees

Payments can be made via bank transfer through our WhatsApp DM now with names of Avosegamu Sewedo Nugboyon and Charity Edet only till Paystack automated payment gateway system implemented.

A small platform fee (₦3,500) above is charged per order for logistics and coordination.

Prices displayed are subject to change based on supplier or market rates.

Refunds are processed promptly if a crowdfunding room is canceled or unfulfilled.

6Delivery

Delivery time is 24 hours after a room is confirmed for purchase.

Delivery options include:

  • Home delivery (for supported locations), or
  • Pick-up from a designated point.

Users must provide accurate delivery details to avoid delays.

TummyTrust is not responsible for delays caused by weather, logistics partners, or supplier issues, but we always ensure follow-up and resolution.

7Partnership Rooms

Users can create Partnership Rooms for business or large-scale food orders.

Partnership hosts are responsible for providing correct order information.

Once filled, TummyTrust handles the purchase, packaging, and delivery.

8Refund Policy

Refunds are allowed when:

  • A crowdfunding room fails to complete.
  • An order is canceled before purchase confirmation.

Refunds are not guaranteed if:

  • The product has already been bought and shipped.
  • A wrong delivery address was submitted by the user.

9Data & Privacy

TummyTrust collects only necessary data (name, contact, address, and payment info).

We use your data solely to process orders, deliver items, and improve services.

We never sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

10Limitation of Liability

TummyTrust is not liable for:

  • Damages or losses beyond our control.
  • Product quality issues caused by suppliers (though we vet all suppliers carefully).
  • Delivery delays due to external factors (traffic, supplier shortages, etc.).

However, we commit to resolving every legitimate complaint promptly.

11Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in:

  • Fraudulent activity.
  • Misuse of crowdfunding or payment systems.
  • False claims or repeated policy violations.

12Changes to Terms

TummyTrust may update these Terms from time to time.

Updates will be communicated through the website, app, or email notifications.

Continued use of the platform means you accept the revised Terms.
